Electronic Result Processing System (eRPS)

 

eRPS is a software that automates students’ result processing life-cycle from admission to pass-out. It also  maintains academic records and general statistical information of students.

The aim of students examination result is to evaluate students performance in terms of academic work in school and eliminate errors due to manual result processing.

Because the student examination result is very important to the student, there is need  to effectively and efficiently capture all the important data associated with examination result processing. Hence an electronic Result Processing System (eRPS) is needed to remove the tedious calculation involved in the manual system, enhance speed of result processing and keep accurate record of students examination results which are vital for both the school and students.

INSTALLATION OPTIONS

STAND ALONE

 CLOUD HOSTED CLIENT/SERVER

 

  • eRPS is installed on a single computer and accessed from only one computer.
  • In this installation option, an Administrator will be created and any number of registered users(Teacher/Form Teacher) can be given access rights in the system.
  
  • eRPS will be hosted in the internet on Cloud Servers.
  • No software is required in the client computer systems.
  • No need to take any backup as the servers on the internet will make the backup.
  • Clients can access the software using Internet Explorer/ Mozilla Firefox/Google Chrome browsers.
  • Internet connection is required for accessing the eRPS
  • In this installation option, Students may be given access rights to check results online
  • eRPS must be installed in one dedicated high end computer system (this system will act as server).
  • The computer server works as a central server to which all the client computers connect to via a Local Area Network and login using username and password.
No Additional software required on the client systems. Clients can access the eRPS using Internet Explorer/ Mozilla Firefox/ Google Chrome browsers.
